For on-site inspections and installation work:

• The client must ensure safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the work area at the scheduled time.
• The workspace must be equipped with functioning electricity and adequate lighting necessary for heavy surface preparation equipment (e.g., diamond grinders and industrial extractors).
• The client must disclose any known structural defects, previous coating layers, rising damp, oil stains, or subfloor heating prior to work execution.
